There are a lot of mixed signals in "Forks Over Knives," a sincere movie written and directed by Lee Fulkerson that tries to convert us to a rocky path of goodness. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn lecture a lot in this battle between good and evil.
