Don’t plan on heading to what we all knew as the Adam’s Mark for brunch at Chestnut’s this holiday season. Now the Hyatt Riverfront, the hotel is in the midst of big-time remodeling. The space once occupied by Faust’s, which often created great meals starring Bob Kabel as one of the city’s best-ever wine gurus and Marc Felix as one of its top chefs, is being prepared for the city’s second Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Chestnut’s offers what is firmly described as a breakfast buffet, served from 6 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and Sundays; 6 to 11 on weekdays. No more self-park under the hotel, either, at least right now, and no more brunch, either. If you visit and care to share your opinions, drop us a line.
